EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Bola-Sadipe graduated from the University of Lagos in 1973. He was deployed to the Internal Revenue Division of Kano State in the same year under the NYSC scheme. He joined Coopers & Lybrand, Firm of Chartered Accountants in 1974 and was involved in the audit, review and development of the accounting systems of a number of organisations.
On leaving Coopers & Lybrand, he was employed as Management Accountant of George Wimpey & Company Nigeria Limited; a large organisation in the construction industry and became company Secretary before leaving to become Partner in the Firm of Bola-sadipe & Co. in 1981.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM) and a Fellow of the Nigeria Institute of Taxation (FCIT)

Mr. J.A Adeoye graduated from Ahmadu Bello University in 1989 with a degree in Accounting. He was deployed to Davis Offiong & Ukah (Chartered Accountants in 1989 under the NYSC scheme. He joined Akintaiwo & Co, Firm of chartered Accountants in 1998 and was involved in the audit and review and development of the accounting systems of a number of organisations.
On leaving Akintaiwo & Co, he was employed as Audit Staff in Bola-Sadipe & Co where he rose to the position of Audit Manager and was made a Partner.
He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA).

Mrs. Mustapha Abimbola F graduated from the Lagos State University in 2005 with a degree in Accounting. She was deployed to Bayelsa State in the same year under the NYSC scheme. She joined Bola-Sadipe & Co in 2007 and has been involved in the audit and taxation of a number of organizations, Consultancy services to Airlines etc.
She is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA).
